This page describes the information boundaries that apply during an initial appointment enquiry. Specific authorisation, access, retention, update, and release arrangements are confirmed in writing before any formal engagement begins.
The website form is used only to arrange contact. Please provide only your name, contact details, role, and a general direction for the conversation. Do not submit family assets, family relationships, legal arrangements, medical information, or other sensitive material through the public form.
The website and the WE·515 service are operated by Baizuhui (Shenzhen) Culture Technology Co., Ltd. (Chinese legal name: 百族慧(深圳)文化科技有限公司).
For each formal engagement, the project documents define the contracting and payment entity, data responsibilities, storage location, retention period, access permissions, backup arrangements, authorisation updates, dispute pauses and treatment of material when the engagement ends.
Appointment information is used to reply, determine the appropriate communication route, and arrange a subsequent conversation. It is not publicly displayed or used for case promotion without separate authorisation.
Any filming, authorisation, named recipient, future milestone, or long-term preservation arrangement is agreed separately after confidentiality boundaries are confirmed. WE·515 does not replace the client’s family office, lawyers, trust advisers, or other professional advisers in asset, legal, tax, or cross-border decisions.
Where an engagement involves long-term preservation or future release, the written arrangements address review cycles, changes in named contacts, withdrawal of authorisation, and the transfer or destruction of material if WE·515 can no longer continue the engagement. These arrangements do not constitute legal, trust or fiduciary services.
